Negotiations Meeting

A Negotiations meeting between the PFEA and the District will take place on Wednesday, May 29th, at 3:45PM at Post Falls High School. 

Kindergarten Registration

2019-2020 Kindergarten Registration will be taking place as follows:

Frederick Post Kindergarten 205 West Mullan Avenue 208-777-0479.  Monday – Friday from 8:30 to 3:15 until June 14th and then registration will start up again around August 19th.

Seltice Kindergarten 1101 N Chase Avenue 208-773-1681
Monday – Friday from 7:30 to 3:15 until June 14th and then
registration will start up again around August 19th.

Ponderosa Kindergarten 3483 Ponderosa 208-773-1508
Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 3:15 until June 14th and then
registration will start up again around August 19th.
 

Children must turn 5 on or before September 1, 2019 in order to register for public school kindergarten. 

You will find the registration forms at www.pfsd.com to fill out ahead of time and bring with you when you come in to register your student, along with the following information:

Certified birth certificate issued by the state where the child was born.  If you do not have this please order as soon as possible.   They may be ordered online at www.vitalrec.com

Immunizations records (5 Dtp, 4 Ipv, 2 MMR, 3 HepB, 2 HepA, 2 Varicella)

Proof of residency (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.) and the student.

Pi Day Celebration Assembly

We had a wonderful showing for our Pi Day celebration today! Students were challenged to learn as many digits of Pi as they could. Each grade level was represented by contestants. Each grade level had a winner, by reciting as many numbers of Pi as they could. We also had an overall school winner! The following is a list of names of student that were the grade level winners, and the overall winner for the school! The students next year have a huge record to beat at 311!

Overall School Winner: Brandon Felix (5th grader) with 311 digits!

1st Grade: Evelyn Ott and Dalin Ditton tied for 1st place with 13 digits.

2nd Grade: Ara Glinski with 54 digits

3rd Grade: Emma Riemer with 140 digits

4th Grade: Cole Schreibeis with 128 digits

5th Grade: Brandon Felix with 311

The Post Falls School District has joined the School Messenger emergency notification system.The system allows the district to communicate via SMS text messages to parents regarding important matters such as a school lockdown, school closure (weather or otherwise) or other issues that affect their students.

Lunch Charges
Please be aware that food services only allows three meal
charges on student meal accounts. If your student has more
than three charges, they will be given an alternate lunch until
their balance is paid. Please know that they will also be
charged for this alternate lunch at their same lunch price.
