School Closure Extended

On April 6, the Idaho State Board of Education extended the soft closure for the remainder of the school year or until the local district is able to meet re-entry criteria yet to be determined by the SBOE and health officials.  We should have more information from the State Board of Education by the end of the week regarding the criteria for resuming school in Post Falls School District this school year.

Our teachers will continue to provide remote learning. This includes reaching out to students via phone, email and holding “remote office hours.”  Teachers will answer questions, provide feedback and support, and monitor student progress.

In the meantime, Post Falls School District will maintain essential services, including Grab and Go breakfast and lunch and childcare for first responders and health care workers.

Please notify your student’s teacher(s) if you need additional support or have further questions. We want to thank you for your patience and flexibility during this unprecedented time.

The district office will not be open for walk-in appointments. Please call 208-773-1658 and leave a message or email us at info@sd273.com
