Elementary students who are new to the district and all incoming kindergarteners . . . mark August 19, 2020, on your calendar.

New to the District:  Parents of elementary students who are new to Post Falls School District should stop by their zoned elementary school on August 19th between the hours of 8AM – 2:30PM to register their student for the 2020-2021 school year.

All incoming kindergarten students

All incoming kindergarten students:  On August 19th we will also officially register all incoming kindergarten students and conduct a Fall Kindergarten Screener.  (Kindergarten registration packets can be found at this link.) Information from the academic screener will be used to help us determine class lists for Fall 2020.

Please bring your incoming kindergarten student to the school during the following time slots:

Last name beginning A-I (8 AM – 10 AM)

Last name beginning H-R (10 AM – noon)

Last name beginning S-Z (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM)

If you cannot attend the screener, call the school on August 18 to schedule a different time.

Questions or concerns?  Call your elementary school office when they return on August 18, 2020, or call the District Office at 208-773-1658.

Remote Learning for K-5 PFSD Students

Post Falls School District elementary teachers have compiled materials to offer grade level remote learning experiences, and staff have been reaching out to students and families to ensure they have the necessary tools for success in this new remote learning environment. For a smoother transition back into a brick and mortar setting, it is very important students fully engage in remote learning activities. All lessons are tied to district curriculum and Idaho State Standards. During the closure, teachers will be providing students feedback as they progress through the curriculum.
